How does Divorce Coaching work?

How Does Divorce Coaching Work?
Divorce coaching is highly effective for both men and women and helps to support you at any stage of your divorce journey. Sara’s coaching is bespoke to you and available in many forms so we ensure it meets your specific needs. Whether you choose a one off session to get you on track or on-going support there is something for every situation. One of the many benefits of Sara’s Divorce Coaching Programme is that you can tailor it to suit you.
Face-to-Face Sessions

Where possible it is beneficial for at least the first session to be face to face so I can get to know you and understand specifically how to best help you. These sessions can take place at a convenient venue of your choosing including my Ascot clinic, your home, office or your lawyers premises.

I work with clients who live all over the world so Zoom is often a viable way to run the session.

My clients have busy lives and sometimes a scheduled phone call is the best way to offer support.

Coaching Packages

Corporate Divorce Coaching:

Divorce has a big impact on all areas of your life and often it can have a negative affect on your work life. Many businesses suffer financially as a result of lower effectiveness in the work place due to the stress of a divorce on employees.

I work with individuals and their managers to improve and manage performance during these periods of high stress and teach strategies that can be used on an on-going basis throughout the company.
