In Spring 2021, she was devastated when her husband told her he was leaving her; not only because life as she knew it was about to change, but also due to the shame she felt around “failing” in marriage. Steph met Sara at a divorce retreat 9 weeks after her breakup and will share how she recovered from feeling broken and anxious and is now thriving after having implemented Sara’s approach of ‘throwing colour at your life’!

Lottie Leefe - Financial Expert
