Break-Up Recovery Retreat
DATE: 20th – 21st January 2018
This exclusive and intimate retreat is designed to help you cope better with the break-up of your relationship. Sara Davison, Divorce and Break-Up Coach, has created a 2 day workshop to give you the tools, techniques and strategies you need to get your life back on track and to start feeling happy again.
“At the end of my marriage I was left reeling and struggling to cope with aftermath of what had just happened to me. I lost my husband, the father of my son, my business partner and my soulmate overnight and was left with a huge gaping hole in my life. I suddenly became a single parent to my son who was only one year old and my self-confidence and any feelings of self-worth had vanished. It hit me like a freight train and I was terrified of what the future held for me.” Sara Davison
Sara believes that despite the trauma of a break-up, it can actually be a golden opportunity to redesign your life just the way you want it. She is committed to helping others overcome their pain, let go of their ex and move forward happily and with confidence.
Sara Davison is the UK’s leading divorce and break-up coach, published author of ‘Uncoupling- How to survive and thrive after breakup and divorce’, motivational speaker and media expert. She has combined over 17 years of coaching with her personal divorce experience to create a tool kit of information that she wishes she’d had access to after her break-up.
At the end of a relationship you can be left reeling and trying to find answers to questions such as:
- How can I get over the heartbreak?
- What can I do to let go of my ex and move on?
- How do I stop the emotional overwhelm?
- How do I support the children through our break-up?
- How can I reduce the conflict with my ex?
- Will I ever get over the betrayal?
- How do I cope with my ex’s new partner?
- Who am I now I’m single?
What you will get from the retreat:

This retreat will give you the answers you need to put you back in control of your life. Sara will guide you through the emotional rollercoaster of your break-up and provide you with the techniques and strategies to overcome the challenges you will face. It will arm you with a tool kit that you can use to rediscover your identity and set empowering goals to move you forward to a life that you are excited to live.
Whether you are considering leaving your partner or you have already left, many people can feel vulnerable, unsure of the future and uncertain of what is to come. Breaking up can be a life shattering experience, even if it was you who made the decision to leave. It might have been a long-term relationship that unexpectedly breaks down or maybe it has fizzled out over several years. You may be devastated at the end of a short relationship that has left you feeling shocked, betrayed and confused. Whatever your personal story, everyone needs help and support to heal, re-build self-esteem and confidence and to move on with your life.
This two day programme will show you what to expect from your break-up and give you techniques and tools to cope. Working with Sara, you will get to the heart of the issues, establishing your concerns and work towards creating a strategic plan to help you to create a plan that will help you adjust to your new life and move forwards positively.
“I found meeting people going through the same experience invaluable. Sara has shown me that the weight can be lifted off my shoulders… I can be happy!” Louise, Surrey
During the retreat you will evaluate your situation and look at the impact it has had, and is still having, on your life. Over two days we will show you how to cope with negative emotions so that you can be free to focus on rebuilding your life. We will also teach you how to deal with difficult everyday practical situations that arise with break-ups such as telling others that the relationship is over, supporting your children through the process and becoming a single parent. We will show you how to get “unstuck” and give you clear steps to move forward with your life and regain your happiness.
- You will gain clarity over your situation and why how to improve it.
- You will create an Action Plan for your personal situation that will leave you feeling stronger and more empowered to move forward.
- You will leave with clear strategies for how to deal with the issues that concern you the most.
